4-H and Missing Children

I had  an awesome but long and hot weekend this past past four days at the Windsor Fairgrounds in Windsor Maine. It was our statewide Maine 4-H Days. This has to be the most underutilized event in the state. So many members and their families were not there and there was so much to do! There was wool spinning, physics, straw rockets, ESE dairy tryouts, ESE working steer tryouts, and sheep tryouts. Kids made terrariums with fairy houses to take home. The got to talk to a Maine Warden, mounted rescue people, and explore aquaculture. It was a blast.

I am glad to be home to catch up here. We’ll be picking up our dear daughter this weekend and I miss her so much!
