This is beautiful Georgetown Flint! Best sparking flint in the US. This is if you have a suitable hard iron striker and not a soft iron striker. This batch of flint is NOT graded for knapping.
All flint are from .5 oz to 4 oz each piece or about a half dollar size to a palm size.
Flint by the piece. Use for fire starting with steel and char cloth. Please be careful, flint is very sharp and can cut you when handling. Perfect for serious hikers, campers, living history reenactors, SCA (Society of Creative Anachronism), or emergency kit.
The flint default shipping weight is for the heaviest piece. I WILL REFUND SHIPPING OVERAGE!
Instructions will be included in the package you receive as I have had a few reviews from people having trouble with sparking. Please be patient! This is not an instantaneous process. The flint must be broke in.
