I am now accepting deposits on whole and half pigs to be butchered in Sept/Oct. The cost will be $5 a pound hanging weight which includes raising the pig on pasture and non-GMO/all natural grains, transportation to the butcher, slaughter and cut fees, smoking fees, and transportation to your door. You fill out the cut sheet to have the meat cut and smoked to your specification! These are locally sourced pigs and will be butchered at Weston's Meat Cutting in West Gardiner. The deposit will be subtracted from the end cost. Pigs should finish at about 150lbs hanging weight.
